Chief Executive Officer Zimbabwe Stock Exchange

Justin Bgoni is an esteemed leader and executive in Zimbabwe and Africa's capital markets and economic development. Justin has extensive experience in Zimbabwe, South Africa, and New Zealand. What has made Justin successful is the ability to tailor first world solutions to third world opportunities. Justin is passionate about the development of Zimbabwe and Africa and believes that capital markets have a prominent role in that development. Justin is currently the Group Chief Executive Officer of ZSE Holdings, which has the following subsidiaries: the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange (ZSE), the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange (VFEX), and the Zimbabwe Entrepreneurship Exchange (ZEEX). The Government of Zimbabwe appointed him to establish Victoria Falls International Financial Centre as its interim CEO to attract investments into Zimbabwe and Africa. Justin has over 24 years of extensive business experience, including as a Management Consultant with McKinsey, Director of private equity with FNB, and Chief Financial Officer with the New Zealand Stock Exchange. In terms of education, Justin has a Bachelor of Accounting Science with UNISA (cum laude) and a Master in Finance with University of Wellington, New Zealand (cum laude). He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Zimbabwe and a member of the Chartered Accountants of New Zealand and Australia.
