The African Development Bank (AfDB) is a regional multilateral development institution established in 1963 with the mission of reducing poverty, improving living conditions for Africans and mobilizes resources for Africa’s economic and social development.
The Bank’s strategy for 2013–2022 reflects the aspirations of the entire African continent;
- Strengthening and deepening of Africa’s financial markets, as a powerful tool to mobilize domestic and international savings;
